theGrogroup Managing Director, Paul Richmond has been invited along with many other influential figures in the professional services world to be a guest speaker at the ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales) Practice 2016 Conference.

 

Held in London on the 17th & 18th November 2016, the ICAEW will host its conference at 200 Aldersgate near St Paul’s Cathedral.

 

The Practice 2016 Conference is designed to educate practicing accountants on the core skills and best practices that make them internationally recognised professionals. The conference will also include a range of focused technical updates on issues such as tax, regulation and accounting standards and provide delegates with the opportunity to listen and learn from influential figures from within the professional services sector.

 

With a long standing history of working with professional service firms over a career that has spanned over 30 years, as well as delivering the ICAEW Managing Partner Programme, Paul has a wealth of experience and knowledge that the ICAEW has asked him to share with members attending the conference.

 

Paul will be discussing how to make your ideal practice a reality, the importance of businesses planning for the future and what you need to do to ensure you get the success you want.  His presentation will address points such as finding the right strategy, creating a sense of urgency, why farmers need silos and accountants don’t and the importance of not coaching your people in having great business conversations.
